I've noticed this too. I'm not sure what the problem is exactly and from what I've heard, the mods are kind of at a loss as well.
Unfortunately, the only person who can fix this is the administrator himself. He, however, seems to be gone.
I'm not going to get mad, though. For all I know, he could be in jail or even dead. Perhapse he just has a lot on his plate right now and can't even come near a computer let alone work out the kinks.
It would be nice if he could elect NESSONITE, HDS, OR MISTRESS VALARIE to be a co-administrator for these kind of problems. They spend a lot of time around there(of course, they're supposed to as mods) and could probably help out quite a bit in this endeavour.
I'm not worried. It will be sorted out sooner or later.
