What would OktoberFetish be without the obligatory portrayal of a little devil? And sadism doesn't come in a better small package than that of Dilbert's Catbert, the evil Human Resources Director. Cool, calm, collected, and devilishly wicked, Catbert is a true sadist perfected.

Here in our twisted C.A.B.ified world, it wasn't much of a stretch to goad Catbert into the fetish role he was born for, and company bulldog Alice finally gets a little comeuppance for all the "fists of death" she likes to deliver upon her fellow hapless cubicle denizens.
