C4S error 500 server payment are not working since 2 weeks from EU

payment are not working since 2 weeks from EU with the new DSP2 checking
error 500 server down after the checking via bank app is ok but they never received it
tried with 3 various cards and bank and same result -(
c4s can t fix it , their server is a big s...

all producers will lose a lot of business

and each time of the 1st check a red pop up :
"We are currently experiencing a delay in processing transactions. We apologize for the inconvenience as it may take a few minutes

and never works after that !!!! since 2 weeks !

Honestly the best advice I can give right now is see if you can buy from producers directly.

Not just from the EU. There have been a string of annoying errors during the past few months. Like a bought clip showing up as "already downloaded". Fortunately, their help desk has been super responsive, as far as my own customer experience goes, but still, I don't know what the hell is going on.
