First, I'd ask that you check out this thread. Now, the show has a segment called User Created that features various forms of artwork and submissions from us, the viewers. The current edition of User Created involves using a 3d modle of Sarah and creating a single frame image. Details can be found here. So, if you're thinking what I'm thinking? Personally I don't know the first thing about 3d modeling but I know there's enough tallent in this forum to pull off something great. Who knows? Perhaps we can get a submission on air?
