Calling all Christy Hemme Fans

I just wanted to call to all the Christy Hemme fans out there and let them know there is a big "anti-Hemme" movement out there. Wrestling fans are pissed (as am I) about the firing of all the realy good women wrestlers as of late. The problem is they are blaming Christy Hemme for this. I'm not thrilled about Gail, Jazz, and others getting fired, or Molly quiting, but it is wrong to blame Ms. Hemme for this.

The best way for us to fight back is to start an E-mail campain. Write to the LAW (who I know as anti-Christy). That is Live Audio Wrestling. They have several E-mails at www.liveaudiowrestling.com. The LAW, is a radio show here in Toronto, but they get caller from all over. You can here them by going to www.mojoradio.com.

I hop you will join me in defending Cristy Hemme. I think she's great she just need to be traind to improve her in ring performence.

Jazz has been gone too long for her firing to be blamed on Hemme. With that said...

It isnt her fault because she has been more or less forced into a wrestling postion, but she is garbage in the ring, bro. I cant stand to watch her against anyone. She needs to go somewhere else for a little while and come back. If I never saw her in a RAW wrestling match again, I honestly wouldnt care.

If you want to save her job because she looks cute bouncing down the ramp, I am all for it. But if we were judging her based on ring performance, she really shouldnt be in the ring right now. She could be seriously injured or injure someone else.

Let me point something out.

You do make valid points, but let me point out one thing. At one time in her career (about 4 years ago) Trish stratus sucked too. Then in December Trish and Lita had the best damb womens title match I have ever seen. If you hear theas guys on the LAW talk it's like Christy is bring the end to womens wrestling. Besides Victoria has claimed that Christy is interested in learning, and had picked up alot of cool moves during there tour in the UK.

I don't care how good a chick looks walking down to the ring. I only care about what goes on in the ring. Thanks to Fit Finley and Dean Melenco the womens divition became realy great., and the girls worked there asses of. What bothers me is how everyone forgets how bad trish was, and how good Christy migh be, if given the chance.

I doubt it's Christy's fault either. Apparently her and Maria Kanellis (who I think is the best-looking one out of the new Divas) have trained their socks off to be wrestlers and are supposedly making great strides in their in-ring work. The other new Divas don't seem that special to me.

I think the WWE creative team aren't pulling their weight for the Women's Division, and the recent releases of Gail Kim and Nidia haven't helped. Molly Holly however, has requested time off from the WWE, so she may be back within a year. Perhaps it's one of those transistional periods. I mean, it can't be as bad when the likes of The Kat, Debra or Stephanie McMahon were champion.

I'd say give Christy time. Trish proved she's good enough, and I remember her first match in the ring.

I can see that Christy is trying, but I think I'd still rather have Gail, Molly, and Nidia back.

And I can understand why Molly quit. She's trained hard for years, put up with low pay and no respect, and become the most skilled wrestler on the women's roster -- and WWE rewards her by jobbing her out to the bimbo of the week again and again.

How exactly is WWE supposed to make people interested in the women's division when it consists of one actual wrestler (Trish), one jobber (Victoria), one incredibly sloppy injury machine (Lita), and a handful of women who are still struggling with anything more complicated than a bodyslam?

Well, at least maybe the shortage of women wrestlers will make them finally call Alexis Laree up from OVW. That's pretty much the only thing that might reinvigorate my interest in the women's division at this point.

If we simply write "Hay guys cut Christy some slack, and give her a chance to prove her self" type letter maybe we can have an impact of some sort.

Women westlers

Alexis Laree would be great for the WWE...April Hunter also. Both are talented wrestlers in the ring AND are very attractive as well. I actually like Victoria, but most of the women's roster like Stacy, and any female on the Smackdown roster should not be in the ring in a wrestling capacity. The WWE despretley needs female talent that can hold the audience's attention by doing more than just being T&A. or keep it sexy, but make sure the talent can actually work a good match.

Christy should do "interview" and skits backstage, but train in the OVW or a smaller training federation until she's ready to enter the ring on the big stage....they got lucky with Trish...she learned "on the job" and has been successful.

My dream women's lineup would be: Molly Holly, Trish, Alexis Laree, April Hunter, "Shaniqua", Victoria, Jazz, and maybe even Joanie Laurer. Let Christy learn her craft and her time will come.

Gotta point it out again.

I remeber when Trish first started out, she sucked for her first year, and she did get a little training at Sully's Gym in west Toronto (Same place Edge and Christian started). As for how good Christy is or isn't, my point is that the guys on live audio wrestling, and most of the caller arent giving Christy a chance to prove herself.

The point to this thread is to get Christy fans to write or phone in to Live Audio Wrestling this and every Sunday, to let those guy know that Christy has fans, and that we want to see what she's able to do over time before she is judged.

Imagine how you felt when you started your first job. Your were probably pretty nervouse, and made alot of mistakes, right. Well think about how it is for Miss Hemme. So please join me in this campain to simply stick up for Christy, and even Maria. They are learning, and deserve a chance to prove themselves over time.

that is how i saw that comment, in all truth

honestly, even i can see that christy hemme, a the man show's former juggie (did you not know that! that is because you are uncultured and only notice vanessa!) is showing that she is indeed trying at the wrestling part, and even did something cool which amazed me which was a kim kaphwan style half-moon legdrop

if you read the article above, a lot of it obviously deals with the writers and the marketters (we call them "suits" due to their naivete with the outside normal world), and they have pretty much the same precognition and remarks of the human race as britney spears does, that we're licentious howlers who look only for t&a and controversy, but believe you me, there are (even if but a few and in the minority) people who don't care about all of that and would like some good quality entertainment that doesn't involve britney spears kissing ass (and head) for money and fame

but it's risky to try and cater to our types and people are so lame with their fear to take financial risks and someone argued to me once that it's okay to be that way because money gets you places, and i'd say, that's a fairly good argument, and pretty sensical too

having been categorized as a radicalist type among other things, i'm one of the few in the minority whose thoughts don't really matter, but i heard they also said that about black people and chinese workers, which i'm sure will be taken out of context by some looney sanctimonious anti-racist white person as "racist comment"

but anyway, females don't get a chance because a lot of them take for granted, or are taken for granted (and this happens at this forum actually) that they have no talent or personality and are purely one dimensional, and don't really need to be doing anything extensive except sit there and pose and showcase their feet every now and then for the oggling men

molly holly was a little different (although in my mind she was pretty anyway) and thus (the audience) gave her a little credit; however, the writers did not

most females either don't have ability to show, or are just never given the chance to show, their in ring skills, and it's amazing that they even set up hemme with such a scenario. we, even the females themselves, have this precognition that they have nothing to prove except to be pretty and we anguish if they break a nail and run to their rescue like they're in danger of being kidnapped by bowser from super mario bros, and this really discredits them from being worthy as contenders in wrestling anyway, which is what wwe was built on to begin with

granted, no females i know have shown anything of the benoit intellect when it comes to pure and raw technical wrestling ability, but i'm pretty sure that they're out there somewhere in their tomboyish little world and aren't really just manvestites or anything and they know what wrestling is all about, on the performing level and not on the flat personality big boob level

I didn't mean for everybody to write the same letter, nor did I expect them to read every single letter sent. The idea was to show a united front against people who would speak against Hemme before she is even given a chance to prover herself. As far as not having faith in Christy thats an ignorant statement. Me and a friend of mine were fan the momen we heard Christy say "Ya gotta have your token red head". I've also heard Christ is a former Xtream Sport athleat, and if wrestling is one thing it's an extream sport with a fixed winner.

As far as her having being a juggy girl, duh, of course I new that. My sister works at a Coffe shop, does that mean she can't do something elt. That is the lamest thing I've ever heard. Listen Morgan I don't know what you have against pretty girls, and I was a Molly Fan too. I was a fan of hers when she was Miss Madness or Mona in WCW, and I am still a fan today. I started this thread simply to rally Christy Hemme fans, if your not a fan fine, lot of people arent.

Isn't it biggeted to base you opinion of her simply on the fact that she is pretty, and that she used to be a juggy girl. Sounds to me like you've become the very adminastration you claim to hate. Funny how it alway works out that way isn't it.

My interest in the women's division died when Jazz was fired. She was built up as a monster, and played the part very well. She reminded me of Jackie (the one that was Dallas Star in TX, not the Tough Enough winner), but more solid of a grappler.

i'm finding it hard to clarify what i said because i don't really know how to break it down to your level, honestly, and a lot of the things i said were mistakenly perceived as something else, so i'll do a bulleted list of my opinions to summarize my above post

-i have nothing against christy hemme and applaud her efforts to work at something, even against the disgruntled fans who might eventually grow to like her as well!
-honestly, i don't see anything that suggests that i have something against pretty girls (this could have been mistakenly perceived from my "sitting pretty" remarks)*
-i don't remember saying you weren't a molly holly fan
-the point moreover was that rallying fans at all is naive and faithless and is very dishonest
-the dishonest and faithless part is because that does not let christy hemme gain fans on her own, and suggesting she sucks too much to do it by herself
-it's naive because rallying fans does not cause a change of heart for people like the ones at LAW and it only irritates them and makes them want to crush you/kill you/not pee on you if you were on fire/tell you to shut up
-if people speak against christy, let them, and let christy prove them wrong BY HERSELF

By bringing up the fact that Christy was a Juggie Girl made it apear that you were biast against her. If I am mistaken in this I am sorry.

As I staited befor, I only wanted to ralley the troops to show the LAW and there band of Parrots that Christy does have suport, and that we are willing to stick up for her. I know Dan, and have anoyed Jason (Agnew) lots of times. In fact when I call he doesn't even talk to me.

It did sound to me that you felt being realy pretty ment Christy wouldn't be willing to work. I know there are hot "chicks" in the world that tend to get by on looks alone, then lern later that beauty fade (stuped lasts forever). In a LAW interview with Victoria, she claims that Miss Hemme is working very hard to get better. I liked the "Split-Leg sunset flip" that she did this past Monday on RAW.

We may not agree on much in this thread, Morgan, but atleast we can agree that we wish Christy Hemme well. I do hope Hemme fan's will continue to bombared Live Audio Wrestling with E-mail, eventualy they will have to realize that she has her suporters and that we will stick up for her.

again, i have nothing against pretty people, just how the marketters/writers utilize those pretty people. 80%~ of the female roster including smackdown and raw is t&a characters, maria the living mic stand included, and only a while ago aside from hemme did one of them (michelle mckool, who has gymnastics background) participate in the competitive part that didn't involve lingerie or pillows

she was a little sloppy in-ring, but i won't take anything credit away from her for that since she's not really a wrestler (yet), and as said, trish stratus herself was trained on the job and now she's probably the only skillful veteran female in the wwe at the moment not counting li "always have to break something" ta

if you remember tamara fytch, aka sunny of the body donnas, and this is purely for informational purposes, you should remember how wwe screwed around with her and turned her into this sex object when she was actually better off pre-ww(f). it's sad how wwe transforms talent into talentless with the flip of a switch on the baldpoint pen

wwe doesn't hire talent though, wwe hires whatever pleases my penis
