Hate to be party pooper here but I don’t think it is. Pic 4 shes on a skateboard, find it hard to believe he’d tickle her while she’s trying to skate. Pic 8 his fingers don’t look like a tickling motion

I'm in doubt here because for me the position of his fingers coud point to a tickle movement. And her facial expression leads for that also...

The photo could have been shot with her just standing on the skateboard, just right before she'd start skating. But he could just be holding her back so she wouldn't fall off the skate, don't know her skating skills. Well, I'd say it's more likely to have been a tickle than not...
