Camgirls and tickling?

I know there's been a couple members of the TMF that have taken some great vidcaps of sessions they've purchased with camgirls over the years.

I was thinking about doing the same thing with TickleTown, with a twist. Instead of showing off pictures of a great session, to instead hire some girls that would work for the site, doing all sorts of tickle stuff privately on request with our members.

But here I admit my ignorance and profess that I know nothing about the camgirl world. I would need to know:

1. How are payments to the girls from the viewer handled
2. Where do you even start to look for females that would be interested in doing this?
3. What kind of equipment do the girls need
4. What kind of equipment does the viewer need
5. Any other detail that rears its ugly head[/list=1]
   
   So I guess what I'm looking for is either someone from the community to point me in the right direction of someone they know that could help, or if anyone's willing to come aboard this project as an advisor on how I'd get this off the ground, we will make sure you are appropriately compensated.
