Can anyone help me find an old illustration that really "floated my boat"?

I wonder if anyone could help me to identify and/or locate a tickling illustration that really excited me when I saw it many years ago!

It's a black and white line drawing, which was probably a scan of an actual drawing on paper, and the style was a bit rough. If my memory is correct, it shows a relatively close side view of a woman's feet secured in a metal device that looks like the top half of a pair of short boots, which covers the bridge of her foot and includes a clamp around her ankles. Furthermore, (and this is the big point of the illustration) the device also includes "toe ring clamps" which are secured around her toes, so that her ability to move her feet is very limited. Her feet are being tickled, and she is leaning forward, so that you can see a closeup view of her face in profile. Drops of sweat are falling off her, and she's naturally laughing. However, her expression looks more like some kind of rictus grin, by which the artist does a good job of conveying that she's actually having a really hard time!

I think that (probably) a man is also depicted in the background, and there's a block of text, which is presumably quoting his words. I can't remember it verbatim after all this time, but it went something like the following:

"I have to say, Mike, with these new 'toe ring clamps', you've really outdone yourself this time! Now, during Dusty's after-work 'tickle torture' session, we can effectively use both hands on both feet, and it's really driving her wild! She really is 'fit to be tied'...and tickled of course!!"

Because of my particular location at the time, I can say pretty definitely that I discovered this picture online in 1996 or 1997. The idea of 'toe ring clamps' for tickling was entirely new to me, and I found it really fiendish and fascinating. I remember searching the internet for other examples of this idea, but without finding anything satisfactory. In retrospect, that's quite interesting because nowadays the idea of toe restraint for extra tickling efficiency is very common in tickle related media. Perhaps, in the 90s, it wasn't the ubiquitous concept that it is now. Furthermore, whenever they drew it, the artist of the original illustration must have thought it worth using as the central concept of one of their pictures, which probably wouldn't be the case today.

Anyway, I haven't been able to find that picture in recent years, so I'd be very grateful if someone could help me identify it or the artist. For reference, I've attached another picture that I came across recently. I think this one is probably the same artist, though I'm not 100% sure. In any case, it's definitely in the same rough style as the picture I'm looking for.

Many thanks in advance. 😊
