She definitely has the 'tickling gene' and looks like she enjoys it alot! There were two clips of here tickling the heck outta this guy and it was awesome! Thanks in advance....

it's around the 1:30 mark or so,remove the space at the beginning
 
oops my bad the clip is 1:24 and the tickling happens towards the end
 
This is the first I've heard of Heidi Klum enjoying tickling. Have there been other occasions that involve Ms. Klum tickling someone?
