can anyone translate this/tell me where it's from?

i can't translate Jeff, but it's deffinitly from a manga. There are several other pages which i believe come from the same Manga which i believe is several hundred pages long. Frankly i think were looking at a tickling Manga here.

I don't know where it's from, and I can't translate either -- but I do have some more pages, either from the same manga or at least by the same artist. I tried to post them here earlier, but they're too big for the attachment thing. Guess I'll stick them on my site later, if anyone's interested.

I can make out most of it.

From right to left:

Tickled girl: Kyaahahaha. Stop! Stop! Help me brother!

Girl's brother: Er...um?

Sound effects: kocho kocho(tickle tickle or something along those lines)

Tickling girl: What are just standing around for? You come tickle too!

Tickled girl: Huh?! No way! Brother always does the bottoms of my feet!

Next box: ( I can't really make this one out)

Tickled girl: No! (Something, something) my socks!

Tickled girl: Aaaaa!


Thats all I could get. Maybe somebody else can fill in the blanks?
