It's the necromancer girl from Guild Wars... don't know her name.
I just thought I'd get that game and when I was surfing their site, found this cutie in the wallpaper :happy:

And please people do not feel as I'd request this... just pointed out that she'd be the perfect ticklee ... a bad naughty girl getting it for all she's done (no, I don't know her saga... but she looks like one (a bad girl))
