Can Someone Please Explain The Difference?

I don't want to sound naive, but I noticed that recently, the admins made a new forum called the Humor Forum, in addition to the Silly Stuff Forum. How do we know what types of threads or posts belong in the Humor Forum, and what types in the Silly Stuff Forum? If any admin or mod sees this thread, and could clarify, it would be appreciated. Thanks.

Rememer all those threads in the General Discussion forum that had joke in parentheses? Now they all go here. They were all getting buried in the silly stuff forum and in General Discussion, I guess.

Jokes belong here. In general, each person might make one comment about a joke (like "very funny").

Endless threads where the same person posts over 1,000 times belong in the Silly Stuff Forum. Examples include alphabet threads, tease [insert name of particular member] threads, and just plain silly threads like Kurch's about the vorpal bunnies.
