Can someone tell me how to post my pics?

On the posting rules it says you may not post attachments? Then how do I post my pics up?

Click on Insert Image and then paste the picture website url into the Insert Image Box and then click on ok after that and then from thier it will put the img code at both ends of your picture url link and then click on Submit Reply
