Can someone help me,I want to put a short video of my favorite victim as an avatar, but it keeps saying invalid file or download failed, I thought it was impossible until I saw someones thread with a moving video as an avatar,
what am I doing wrong.

For now I put a picture of his belly, which explains the "daring" mood.

I would take a screen capture of the video using Windows Movie Maker. Save it as a jpg, make sure the picture is small enough, then upload it. If you have to make the picture smaller I'd use Paint to shrink it.

In order to have a "moving" avatar you'd need to somehow convert the video to an animated GIF file, the only animated image format in common use. I do not know of any method of doing that that is easy (One could take multiple screenshots of the movie and stitch together an animation - time consuming, aye).
