can too much begging get annoying?

If a lee can still talk, the person is either not ticklish or the ler is doing something wrong!! 🙂

Personally I hardly beg, since when it comes to the point that I feel the need to do that - what do I have a safeword for? 🙂
 
In my opinion, ball-gags are the biggest no-go ever! I would never, ever let anybody use one on me!
 
I like gags but not ball gags tape yes and a cleve gag yes the dental and ball I don't like at all
 
Gags in general are a total turn-off to me. Too humiliating, what happens to the safeword, and what happened to lers who tickled their lee for hearing the laughter??
 
why dont u guys like ball gags? you can use a safe gesture. Sometime i would have to stick my pinky out with the rest of my fingers down and that like a safe word
 
That would require the ler to stare at my hands all the time. How much does that kill the fun?

Plus, I think it's totally uncomfortable to keep the mouth open like that for long periods of time, and the drooling is just gross.

I've been playing with gags for a decade. The laughter that comes from a gagged person is different but very, very sexy (and usually just as loud, frankly!). It has an extra desperation and frustration that is just HOT to many 'lers, myself included. Establishing a signal for the safeword is simple. I do agree that it can be a bit humiliating, but once you're half nekkid and tied up dignity becomes a relative term anyways 😎
 
To me, the gag just goes toooooo deeply into the BDSM section. I don't consider being tied down naked humiliating, but a gag - yes, I do consider that humiliating. I don't know why, it just is that way. 🙂

I also think that a signal can be easily overlooked. A safeword is pretty much impossible to miss.

The countless times I've played while blindfolded *and* gagged, I was never worried about my signal being missed. It was usually a combination of the ball or cloth I was holding being released and a completely different sound, much like a safeword. No 'ler with any sense at all will miss those, and if he has no sense I'm not playing with him anyways :triangle:

I do get it about the humiliation; I have friends you can do darn near anything to but the idea of drooling from a gag is just too much :jester:

A signal like that - in my opinion 🙂 - puts too much restraint on the ler. He can't let himself go as much as he would be able to if a safeword is used. He could for example never turn his back on me to tickle my feet!

About a different sound....I am not sure if I could actually make a controlled sound while I get tickled.
 
I agree with rhiannon. There is nothing prettier than the sound of a female's ticklish laugh.

Per begging, I actually like that. I think it means the tickler is doing everything right.

And it's a great way to build suspense as the tickling action progresses:

After a long hard laugh (Peak) the 'ler briefly lets up on the tickling, the action quickly dies down as the 'lee gasps for air. A few seconds later things pick up when the 'ler positions for another attack and starts to wiggle fingers, drawing them closer. That's when the begging begins. "Oh no, no please, PLEASE! NO DON'T! I'LL DO ANYTHING YOU SAY! NOOOOO!
AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Ha Ha Ha!

And it starts all over.

Those of us who actually do this have a different perspective. Even if you're not gagged or blindfolded, no good 'ler keeps his back turned long enough for the 'lee to be in jeopardy, that's just common sense. And if you're desperate enough to truly need your safeword then you can make the agreed-upon sound, trust me 🙂 As for being cut-off, I like the loss of sight and speech, it allows me to go further into that delicious headspace where the tickling washes over you and you just fly. Not everyone is ready for that level of play, but it makes for an amazing experience :rainbow:
 
My ler sometimes even with the safeword is too careful for my taste, so I want to give him as much reassurance as possible. 🙂

My girlfriend, who wasn't normally into bondage or tickling, she gets a little uncomfortable if it even appears I am having trouble with it.

Basically, I enjoy being controlled and having the fantasy of not being able to stop it. So, I will move around a lot, struggle with my binds, laugh, beg, scream a bit as a part of the act. All the while, I still love it.

But since this bothers her, one, I have to do my very best to not move much at all while she does it. And second, she will occasionally gag me with her sock or underwear in my mouth, covered with duct tape.

Bottom line, as with everything, it's a person by person preference.
 
So why don't you rather solve that problem with a safeword? Then she knows for sure when you have a problem with it!
 
It's not so much she is unsure if I'm in trouble, it's just the feeling she gets and then she gets completely turned off and feels uncomfortable. Doesn't matter how much I tell her I'm ok with it, it's just how she feels.

What we do works.
