can u feel hotspots?

u know those hyper ticklish hotspots i assume, well can u feel them as a ler? cause I found out not that many ppl have actually felt them like when u go over a certain spot that makes them suddenly jolt and spazz out and choke on a huge laugh,
u can actually feel inside and see whats going on with these spasm things.

the reason its good to focus on feeling and looking out for them is because if u want to get their maximum ticklishness out of them, those are the points to focus on and follow if the move

Oh yeah I've felt them plenty of times but it's usually in their body language you really can sense it.

Like you'll be tickling feet, and you can see them trying to kinda direct you towards their heel or away from their toes and then you massage their toes and they really start ramping up the panic lmao
