I remember in my youth there was this episode of the Muppet Show where the guest star was singing some song on the stage, in front of the curtains which were closed. There were these disembodied hands behind her doing... whatever it is that disembodied hands do. The only part I remember is when they gently tickled her sides at one point. I haven't been able to locate the guest star or the episode. Does anyone know any better?
This would have probably been in the late 70s, doubtfully as late as 1980. The guest star had long hair, which I think was dark.
Edit: You know the more I think about it, the more I realize that I don't have much reason to assume that it was the Muppet Show. I'm starting to think that it was another variety show that I can't even name. I guess I'll never find it 🙁
