Can you make the board re-size pics?

Does this board have a switch you can turn on, or an option you can choose/select where it will automatically resize pics to the pixel size that is shown in the UserCP when one wants to upload a pic for an avatar, or a personal pic to their profile. I asked you about IkonBoard before, which I only mention because it would do that. I was just wondering if all boards were able to do that, if the owner wanted it to.

I don't know how to resize a pic.
