I have to start by saying that I think your courage is commendable. I've certainly found myself noticing a woman's feet or other features, but creating a goal of touching or tickling her based entirely on that attractiveness is something I've generally considered out of the question. I would be much more likely to take those images to the realm of personal fantasy where they wouldn't pose a risk of weirding anyone out or hurting anyone.

That's not to say I think there's anything wrong with approaching a member of the opposite sex based on their attractiveness, but I would personally find it difficult to connect with somebody who initiated a conversation with me on that basis. Y'know... most people tickle their romantic partners. Is it really that big of a deal to just run one finger up her foot, and then stop... or not... depending upon her reaction?
