Wanted to create a thread with a video from my computer but the message box options are not showing. I have also tried "Manage Attachments" but it does not respond when I click on it.
 
Can you try it with a different web browser? Sometimes that makes the difference.
 
I'm on Firefox right now and it seems to be working so far. Thanks!
