Cannot View Most Clips

I am new to this site and have limited computer knowledge. I cannot view most of the clips. With Realplayer I get the following error message:"there is no software update available from Real to support this content" With Windows Media Player I get the following error message:"Windows Media Player cannot find the specified file." Some of the clips played at first but now nothing seems to work. I have downloaded many pay clips & have never encountered this problem. It seems I get these error messages only with free clips. Does anyone know what to do to fix this problem.

Before I answer your question, and this goes out to everyone, but you may find the answer you are looking for already posted here. For example, there have been a few of these kinds of threads already started. It's not a huge deal, but it does keep the forums less cluttered with the same things over and over again.

To answer your question, you must download the file (right-click and save) to your hard drive. Then you may play it with your Realplayer. As of now I am not for certain why this happens when you stream (left-click and open) but I know that downloading, then playing usually makes the file work.
 
TT this should be an sticky post in vidclip corner and the splits, maybe this could help many new members.
 
I was thinking about creating a New Users Guide in the FAQ section that would give this type of information.
