Canon Powershot SD500 Digital Camera

I got this baby on saturday night it costed $500 Dollars. And it's super slick small and compacked. But for the life of me i can't figuere out how to take pictures on MY OWN without having other people holding the camera and taking pictures of me or whatever. I mean thier must be a way to do that right? But if there is a way to do that i'm stumped. This is the very first digital camera that i have owned so everything is pretty new to me. 🙁

I have been Reading the manual that it came with for hours now. I have tried the Auto Mode i have tried the Set Timer Mode. But still nothing. My point in getting MY OWN camera was to take pictures of myself on my own at times without having other people hold the camera and take pictures all the time. Grrrrr!

It's funny i can download music send e-mail html stuff. But i can't even learn how take a simple picture of myself 😛
