Can't find story

I once read a story here, where a reporter visits a place where women tickle women, and she agrees that if she breaks a rule, she has to do the work that an employee does for one day. I also recall that they had it so that the ticklers could not see the faces of the victims, for fear that they would become sympathetic, but one "gifted" ler was the exception due to her skill and sadistic nature.

I'd be grateful (and impressed) if anyone knows which story I'm thinking of!
