Can't remember?

Have you ever had thay moment when you can't remember a stories name or anything about it but snippets of what happens in it?

I do, and it's so annoying. Especially when the memory fragment slips away at the exact moment you are trying to recall it. I have this problem especially with names.

The most annoying is when you remember everything BUT the name and names of people

I have trouble remembering names. It's so embarrassing, especially in social situations. I have to apologize profusely and confess then and there that I don't remember their names. In fact, it's a part of my own introduction, now at social events:

"Oh hey, my name is DarthGrinn 🙂P) That's a great name! I apologize if I'm forgetful later, it takes me a few tries for a name to stick to my memory."

I hate it >_<
