cape henry high(va) alum?

Hello all. I know it's a shot in the dark, but I was wondering if there are possibly any folks on this site who went to cape Henry high school from 99-03?

I've considered this kind of approach too. I'd be SO fascinated to learn that someone I went to high school or college with is on here....oh the stories we could share......

Unfortunately though, I'm from a northwestern suburb of Boston.

I'm pretty sure there was one other guy who loved tickling girls. I caught him doing it one time too many lol. Saw him tickle a girls feet during our lunch break time in the hallway. She flinched a little at his 1st quick tickle. Then he reached out and tickled her feet again and said "wait, did that even tickle?" This time she smiled and pulled away. After that break the same girl was still there with her head on my book bag after the hall had cleared. I sat down right next to her barefeet, she opened her eyes, looked at me and said "oh is this your bag?" I replied "yes" and immediately after started tickling her feet. She smiled wide and let out a playful "NOOO!" I only tickled her for maybe 10 seconds but she didn't pull away. Just curled her feet and laughed until I stopped.

I too had a couple of guys like that in my class in hs. One in particular — I heard stories from multiple (at least 3) women that he would tickle torture them. I feel like this is a mark of One of Us for sure. As someone who loves true tickling stories, and loves discovering the ticklishness and ticklish histories of people I know, I'd love to hear his stories, conquests, etc. But alas, it seems extremely unlikely unless I made a very bold move to ask directly or somehow identified him on here.
