I live in Lawton,Oklahoma. It gets as hot as 105 degrees in the summer, usually at least 100 every day in the summer. I noticed alot of women like to kick off ther flip flops or sandals in the car and put there bare feet either up on the dash or out of the window propped up on the mirror. They ride in the passenger seat of the car like this or sometimes sit in a store parking lot like that. I sometimes drive around for hours looking for this. Does anyone else ever do this or see it where you live? Also If I were to see a lady in a parking lot that I did not know, and she had her bare foot out of the window, would I be wrong to walk by and give her foot a quick tickle? Ladies, how would you react to it? Thanks.
 
I have seen girls doing that all the time but never had a chance to actually tickle her feet. Each time that I have seen it the car she was in was moving at the time. I certainly hope to sneak in a quick tickle to the next girls feet who i see doing that :xpulcy:
 
I stick my feet out the window every chance I have ... i wiggle my toes, point my feet I have pulled one foot closer just to make sure my toes looked okay in the sunlight 😉 😉 🙂~

On the flipside one day i was riding with friends of course I was in the backseat. The guy in the passenger seat said it was alright if i put my feet out of the window HA BIG MISTAKE HUGE! My feet were blocked in from the headrest, his body and the inside of the car. He tickled my feet Oh my gawd I nearly passed out.

Maybe it's just me, but I generally don't go around sneaking tickles on complete strangers.

i wasn't goint to say anything considering i don't owe anyone anything here, but also because my response was a cute one ... the guy sitting in the passenger side was someone i knew so now you can say whatever you want. :Grrr:

I respect the point made about tickling strangers. It is a good and respectable point. But I just want to be able to have fun with my post and be respectable also. So I hope my post do not offend anyone. Thanks
 
Driving around for hours just to catch a glimpse of some girl dangling her feet out the window is behavior I find pretty disconcerting.

And the fact that you even think about touching an unsuspecting person's feet out of nowhere sounds even worse.

I guarantee you won't get a good response from the lady you touch, and an even worse one from the lady's husband or boyfriend.

Hopefully I won't hear about you on the news.
 
Glacing at strangers feet is something that I'm sure all of us foot guys, including yours truly, have done a lot of during seasons where feet are in sandals or bare. That having been said, in my opinion, I would never tickle anyone who was a complete stranger, out of concern of assault charges. One never knows if someone gets a license plate number, or follows you, and calls the cops. Any non consentual touching of another person is assault, and or sex harrassment. As tempting as tickling the feet of a complete stranger would be, it is something I would never do. Looking at feet, sure, we all do that, but, as for tickling someone I dont know. No way.

Yeah, Mitchell, looking at feet I don't think is wrong, but when your fetish starts to dictate your life (example: driving around for hours for the exclusive purpose of catching a glimpse of a pair of bare feet), that seems a little excessive.
