does anyone remember the cartoon carmen sandiego?? i was wondering if any of the talented artists can draw a pic of this lady criminal who runs around in her trench coat, hat, and high heels, getting captured and her feet getting tickled tortured. let me know if anyone can do this or if this is a good idea 😀 thanks
