V.I.L.E haa captured Carmen Sandiego! The villainous organization leaves her in the hands of Dr. Saira Bellum for interrogation. Dr. Bellum's latest focus of study has been the intellectual curiosity of cephalopods, particularly the octopus. Intelligent to the point of almost having human like emotions, the octopus is a fascinating creature, whose sole purpose is to explore the world around it.
In this case, a stripped and bound Carmen Sandiego is subject to the octopus's curiosity, its slippery tentacles working their way in and around all of Carmen's sensitive tickle spots. Seeing that it has nothing to fear from the larger human, who has been reduced to silent struggling intermixed with shrieks of laughter as ticklish spot after ticklish spot is lubricated and explored, the octopus decides to hang around and play with its new friend. Unfortunately for Carmen, Dr. Bellum was sidetracked by another project, and likely will not return to actually interrogate her for a few hours.
