Sorry guy, this pic's a little too dark. This must be a still shot of Carmen Electra getting tickled on Howard Stern's show. (I haven't seen it, I'm just guessing.) Too bad I can't make it out better, but thanks for trying just the same.

I saw the show this picture was taken from and it was great. She said that her feet are so ticklish it was just like she had worked out. On top of that her feet were not even restrained very well while she was tickled. It would be great to see a clip of her locked into padded stocks while both of her feet got tickled at the same time for about twenty minutes straight
