When Scott and Lenard go to the circus, the clowns ask Lenard to join them. Lenard won't let go of his seat, so Scott offers to help by tickling Scott to make him let go. No laughing, but you can see him trying hard not to.

The Stooges hide in a greecian bath and the girls come in, expecting to be catered to. From the small clip I saw, Curly Joe was in charge of massaging and he was using a back scratcher on the girl he was working on. Whether he was trying to tickle her or not, she was still giggling as he used the back scratcher on her underarms.
