Cartoon Math Question

Hi All! This has been bugging me ever since I saw\heard it. So, I thought I'd ask on here, just to see if my math was\is right.

A few days ago, I was watching American Dad, it was the episode were Tank comes to visit his son, Terry. Well, Terry hasn't told his dad he's gay yet.

Fast forward a little into the episode, Francine has locked Tank and Terry in the din, until they "talk".

Stan comes home and busts the door down. Come to find out, Tank had turned on "Skinamax".

Tank, thinking Stan is the gay one, say "You only like this 50%, don't you. I like this 100%"

Now, my question is, if it was a guy\girl scene, which Tank said it was, doesn't that make Tank a least a little bi?

I mean the girl is the first 50%, and the guy is the other 50%, right?

Now, let me say. I like American Dad, but this is not the first time they (the writers) have messed up.

The title of the thread is so misleading. I thought it was gonna be a fun riddle. LOL.

I think there are two ways of looking at that line in American Dad. The first is that, as a straight guy, he enjoys a hetero scene 100%, meanwhile the idea is that a supposed gay guy will only enjoy 50%, implying that his source of pleasure is simply looking at the guy. The second way (and arguably more likely the intention of the line since this is a comedy) is that Tank's comment carries that sort of bisexual conclusion. I.e. Stan (who he thinks is gay) only likes 50% of the scene because what's to like is all about the gender of the participants, but that same logic applied to himself would make him bisexual. Right.

It's just a joke.

I used to watch porn on cinamax late night, and I know that I'd like the guy\girl sex scenes, but not as much as I loved the girl\girl scenes (well, depending on the girl, in both cases)

And, sorry about thread title, it was the first thing that popped into my head.

P.S. And, something I just thought of, that you or I didn't mention. It also depends on the type of scene it is. Me, personally, I loved shower scenes. Don't ask me why.
