Two quick straight scenes I remember seeing when I was little, from the 80's Filmation cartoon of Heckle and Jeckle. Heckle tickles an octopus trying to grab a pirate bulldog, then right a few seconds later the octopus tickle the pirate in his foot. Quality is pretty poor, couldn't find anything better.
