casual NYC tickling in public place

I'll be in Manhattan for a day sometime in the next two weeks, but I haven't decided exactly which day yet. This is a long shot, but is there a female in or near the city who would be willing to meet me in a public place? Ideally it would be a public place where people sit and hang out (a park, a Barnes & Noble, something like that), and we could just chat and tickle each other a little. I'm a 22-year-old male, 6 feet tall, 160 lbs. and average looking I guess. So if there are any females out there who would like to sit next to me on a park bench (or wherever) and tickle me and/or let me tickle them a little, let me know. I know this probably sounds strange, but I've never had a tickling experience, and I really want to. Even a little one. And this seems like a safe, casual scenario. Thanks!
