The poorly drawn cartoon on Nickelodeon, catdog, had an incident of tickling in it. It is an episode where cat makes fun of this little blue mouse for being small. The mouse lifts weights, generations pass and the mouse's decendant rules the world. He has people tied to a string like conveyor belt and has some strange instrument with a feather on the end tickling their feet. You hear hysterical laughter and a comment to the effect of "Stop it, you're killing me." Kind of a neat idea, but I can't say that I would want to be tickle tortured by a giant mouse!
 
Oh yeah! I love that show CatDog. I saw that episode, it's from Future CatDog. But you know, there's more than one tickling scene and I have all of them on Youtube. Those videos explain what scenes they are and what episode they are from. 😀
