CC Bill are a bunch of crooks, beware!!!

I ordered some stuff online using CC Bill and the I didn't get what I paid for because, the login and password didn't work. So I called them, and they told me that they were going to do tests on it, and if they couldn't get it working they would refund my money. I asked the guy what is wrong, he said it could be anything, a screwed up conection, or just a glitch in the order but just to hang tight and they woulf try to get it working. Well the 24 hours past with no working log in.

What I did after that was forgot about it and decided to try back and re-order in a couple of days thinking it was fixed. What the guy at CC Bill never told me when I called the first time was after the 24 hours was up on my first attemp, I was supposed to call back to CC Bill reporting that it STILL wasnt working. He didn't say that, he only indicated to me that they were going to try for 24 hours and if they couldnt get it working that they would give me back my money.

So 2 days later, I reordered the EXACT SAME video. thinking maybe this time it would work. The log in still didnt work. So I called in saying it wasnt working. Then I asked about my refund on FIRST purchace I made before. The guy on the phone told me that i didnt get a refund. I asked why, and he said that I never called in again after the 24 hours to let them know that it still wasnt working. I protested and said...

"the guy I spoke to never said I had to call in again, he just said that to wait, and that if they fix it great you can long on, and if they can't fix it they will give back the money." The guy said nope you were supposed to call. I said well thats not my fault why should I have to pay for the mistake of your phone agent not telling me everything? He said I am sorry sir nothing I can do I'll transfer you to the supervisor.

After talking to the supervisor, I learned he didn't care about me or my happiness one bit. If I lived or died i don't think it would have much mattered to him. I told him the situation and he said. "There is nothing we can do you waited to long" I said, that the guy never TOLD me to call back. He just said they will try to get it working and if they can't they will refund the money. Needless to say the supervisor was a complete ass.

He then told me "how do I know you didn't get your first product and you ae just saying you didnt. " That is when i knew he was being unreasonable. Why would I buy a clip, and then pay for the EXACT SAME CLIP!! if I had gotten what I ordered the first time? Does that make sence? Well once I knew the guy was being that unreasonable, at that point i know he just plain didnt give a shit and was just trying ro say anything to get me of the phone.

So all I am saying is beware of CC Bill, They are a bunch of crooks and have absolutely no concern about being fair or their customers. They are just greedy money hungry bastards, who have a very very poor and faulty system that doesnt work half the time after you paid and they got your money. I will probably never buy from anyone who has CC Bill as their method of payment ever again.

Did you try contacting the company who was selling the video? I had one issue with cc bill when I was ordering a video from ticklingvideos.net. So I contacted Jeff and he took care of it a quickly as possible. (Thanks again Jeff!). If the selling company if honest they should help.
 
CCBill is rather efficient and reliable, and they are no crooks. It is true though that they have a big customer service issue . When you call for a problem, some young jerk who believes he knows everything will let you know very soon that you should not bother him during his after-lunch nap, and he will rarely be of any help. I think they don't want to be bothered by end users and a "no" solves a problem faster than accepting to look into the question....So it is not so much a crook thing than a total contempt for clients
Remember you can always get a refund from Visa or the other vampire, or at least threaten to do so. Payment processors and webmasters hate this,so they will likely try reach an agreement before it gets to that.

ive been trying to cancel several memberships on CC bill, but i get an error every time i try. id like to get it done before the net billing session, lol.

I use cc bill for my sites the owner of the site can do it his contact is not the same person that the customer gets. If I call and say cancel someones membership before I leave the phone it's canceled. I can also do it by logging in to my account I can cancel or add for free anyone I wish. My advise is to try to email the webmaster of the site.

you Guys may be right I never had to deal with customer support.

ps there is one other drastic way it's a pain but it works... Call your credit card company and tell them your getting unwanted charges please change my credit card # my being yours the only prob is you won't be able to use your card till you get your new one.

I believe that they can also flag certain creditors to refuse payment rather than having to get a new card. Not all will do that. But, it's worth a phone call to find out.
 
I used CCBill for a paysite,did not care for it and had no problem getting my account closed.
