Cease & Desist (inspired by "It Is To Laugh" from the January 95 Leg Show)
Cease & Desist: A Battle of the Sexes Tickling Game
This game is intended to be a fun and sexy contest between a man and a woman with gender based bragging rights. At no time is it intended to be physically or emotionally harmful, and both players are expected to respect the limits of their opponent. This game can also be played in a group setting, just as long as there are an equal number *men and women playing it. There is nothing to say that gay or lesbian *couples can’t play this game as well, but in that case it wouldn’t be a battle of the sexes so much as a contest for personal bragging rights. Please read *the rules for all three versions of the game before starting.
G-Rated Rules:
1) Each player gets 30 Minuets (use a kitchen timer) to tickle their opponent until they say Cease & Desist
2) Saying cease and desist includes, wait, stop, quit, don’t, please don’t, no, I can’t take it, that’s enough, I can’t stand it, or I have to pee. Yelling for help would also count as saying Cease & Desist.
3) If he lasts longer then her, she must declare men are tougher, if she wins he must declare women are tougher, if they both go the full 30 it is a tie and the point is unproven (this time).
4) Each player is to ware shorts, T-shirt, (tucked in tight), with no socks.
5) Each contestant is to lay spread-eagle on a comfortable surface during his/her time being tickled.
6) The groin , buttocks, and breasts/pectorals areas are off limits (unless other wise agreed too)
7) If breasts/pectoral area are agreed to, then the female participant can not wear a bra.
8) If the groin and buttocks area is agreed to neither participant is permitted to wear panties/briefs of any kind.
9) Remember people you are playing for more then yourself, the pride of your entire gender is on the line.

These are not hard and fast rules, you can choose to use a safety word (like Red for example), or make the other person say something bad about their favourite sports team or celebrity crush. The one hard and fast rule is that at no time is there to be any sort of violence, this is a tickling game people (ladies this includes smothering with your lovely breasts). Play with honour, hold it over them if you win, and swear vengeance if you lose, because there’s always going to be a rematch!
Optional Rules for Gatherings
Couples at War:
For 2 Couples or 4 players

First pick which version of the game you want to play (PG, R, or X), then decide which gender is going first (in the case of same sex couples one should be declared Red team and one should be declared blue team). We’ll use an example where the women goes first. They should lay down, spread eagle, on a comfortable surface, and a male player is to tickle a female player that is not*his partner. This goes until both women have said Cease & Desist, (basically declaring they want the tickling to stop), their times are written down and then the couples change roles. The couple with the best collected time wins, and the losers have to kneel before them and declare them superior (until the rematch).
Only the Strong Survive
For 3 or More Couples (6 or more players)
This game is for the really wild ones out there. It follows the same rules as all the other games except there is no kitchen timer. First determine what version you want to play (PG, R, or X), then decide which gender is going to go first (in the case of same sex couples one team should be declared Red team and one should be declared blue team, no couples should be on the same team). We’ll use an example where the women goes first. They should lay down, spread eagle, on a comfortable surface, and their partners are to tickle them until they say Cease & Desist (basically declaring they want the tickling to stop). As each woman eventually submits, the man tickling her is free to assist in tickling another woman still in play. This continues until all of the women have said Cease and Desist. Each of the women’s individual times is then added up, and divided by the number of women who competed, and that is the women’s time score. After this is completed the men and women change places roles. The gender with the best time score wins, and the losing team must kneel before them and declare them superior (until the rematch).

For 8 or More Couples (16 or More Players)
This one is probably perfect for gatherings involving same sex couples (or Bi-Sexual players), but the rules here will be for inter-gender couples. First determine which version of the game you want to play (PG, R, or X). The couple hosting the gathering draws blind lots. The female host picks the women’s name, and the male host picks the men’s names from separate bowls (nobody competes with their significant other in the first round). This determines who will compete against whom in the first round of competition. A coin toss at the beginning of each contest determines who is tickled first. The winner of each contest (determined through the usual rules) then goes on to face a new opponent in the next round. If 2 women or 2 men end up against each other then the pairing is a draw and both advance, and can double team their next inter-gender opponent. If a contest goes to a 30 minuet draw, then neither competitor advances. The last person(or persons) standing at the end of the tournament is champion, and all must kneel before them and declare them superior
Ladies Choice
For 4 or More Couples (8 or More Players)
A new twist on an old theme. Back in the 70’s at swinger parties women would put their room keys in a bowl, and the men would pick a key, and that was who they fooled around *with. Well this is a spin on that, except the women do the picking. First the women pick what version of the game to be played (PG, R, or X). The men write their names on a slip of paper, fold it, in half and place it in a bowl of some sort. The women each pick a name, and that is who they compete against. If a woman picks her significant others name then she must pick again. The men then draw numbers to see what turn they go in. In this game the woman chooses who gets tickled first between her and her opponent (in the case of same sex couples one group should be declared Selectors and one should be declared Selecties, and couples should not be in the same group.). The man who drew #1 (in our example) then lays spread-eagle on a comfortable surface, and gets tickled by the woman who drew his name (while the others watch). until he says Cease & Desist, (basically declaring they want the tickling to stop), then the two switch poisons. During this competition only the women are aloud to cheer on their team-mate. Any men who aren’t competing must remain quiet or they will be disqualified. This will give his opponent the option to double team somebody on his team. If a man speaks up after he has already gone, his time will be removed from the men’s score, and his opponent will be aloud to double team an opponent of her choice. After each pairing has had a turn, the times are added up and divided by the number of people on each team, the team with the highest time average wins. Then the losers kneel before the winners and declare them superior.
