I have heard Jay Leno has one. I know for a fact that Enrique Eglesias has a foot fetish since he's admitted it on talk shows and such. This morning I was watching Regis and Kelly, and Regis is someone I've heard a lot of rumors about having a foot fetish. He does often seem to be pointing out things at his guests feet.
