Twice now, I've seen female celebrities tickle members of the paparazzi on TMZ.
A few weeks ago, on the program Sarah Silverman tickled a videographer who was following her at an airport.
Then just now, they showed Heather Locklear tickle a photographer/videographer, outside a restaurant in LA. She even threw in a "kitchy-kitchy-koo." Lucky guy. What I wouldn't give to be tickled by that blonde goddess.
I know it's not much to go on, but wouldn't it be great if these two hotties were actually into tickling?
 
I found the two clips on the TMZ website but could not rip them to make copies.

Silverman apparently tweaked the guys nipple according to the page, and I didn't see Locklear say "kitchy-coo" but I was at work I didn't have the sound up too high! LOL!

If I can figure it out I'll get a clip.
