I joined French Tickling, but it is proving difficult to cancel my membership. Dont get me wrong if you havent joined then its maybe worth it for a month but I havent really liked any of the weekly updates since I joined hence why I want to cancel. I found it worth joining for the clips of Virginie alone ;o) But if you are thinking of joining make sure you keep hold of your subscription number or you will find it hard to leave.

When I emailed the Contact us link (as there are no cancellation instructions on the site thats all you can do) I did get a pretty quick response telling me I should contact either ccbill or Nikrobill whichever I signed up with (and gave links to do so). I thought I had signed up with ccbill but upon contacting them they claim I did not give them enough information to be able to cancel, which is odd because I filled out every part of their cancellation form.

So FT MANAGER Please try to make it easier to cancel memberships.

Shit that's something really bad. I thought those guys were more serious. They will lose a lot of clients if they don't fix the problem quickly. Particularly on the Internet, people hate being abused when they put trust in some company.

Tenebrae, I think they are serious and I think they are an honest and trustworthy outfit, I was not trying to put the French Tickling guys down in any way. Like I said they did respond to my email pretty quickly, and did indeed give me the info of who I needed to contact to cancel my membership.

But I do think it would be much better if you could simply cancel from the site. And more importantly without having to track down your Subcription ID number (which is sent to you once in an email and most people will just delete it, cos I for one never thought Id need to know that to cancel). I would have expected just the username would be enough or even user name and email.

I have now got my membership cancelled although it has lapped over and I have paid for a months worth of membership I didnt want to pay for, so it has cost me. So it is thus fair to warn everyone else.

But, Im not trying to put anyone off joining, there is some good content in there (would probably have been better if I could understand all the french) but it was still worth a look. But I should really have thought when I joined up and realised the content amount was limited and updated only weekly (and the bigger clips are not updated at all or at least not whilst I was a member) so not really any reason for me to stay a member as I had seen everything I wanted to and the new stuff was coming in slowly and I just didnt like the new updates that came out whilst I was a member. But thats not to say it was bad in any way just not my cup of tea.

I had a membership with FrenchTickling...thru ccbill.com.

Anytime you have a membership through them you can go to ccbill.com, enter just your subscription email address along with <i>either</i> the credid card number OR the subscription number to view or cancel a subscription.

I just did this two minutes ago to confirm. Again, you don't need the subscription number. (I certainly have never kept any of mine.) You just need two of the three elements of ID info.

Hi, it's extremely easy to cancel, I don't understand the difficulty you have. On the CCbill Subscription page you have a customer service button who redirect you to this link : https://support.ccbill.com/?
On this page you only need to enter your e-mail adress and your credit card number to access your Subscription lookup. It is extremely easy.
To cancel your Nikrobill subscription you have a "Customer service area" button on the subscription page here : http://www.fetichfeet.com/NikroPage.htm
Like with Ccbill the only thing you need to do is enter your Credit card number and you Subscription number.
I really don't understand why you think it's difficult. All is made to be the most easiest possible.
