Chairman Kaga - evil fiend who must be stopped?

I watched part of the final series of Iron Chef episodes the other day - the ones where the Iron Chefs battle it out among themselves for the ultimate championship.

Yet, it turned out this is not the end! That twisted genius, Chairman Kaga, said he will now take his ultimate Iron Chef out on the road, to blaze new culinary trails everywhere!

His cry of "Allez cuisine" will not be silenced. Instead, he will bring fine culinary art to all the world!

Is there no stopping this madman? Will his fiendish plans be allowed to succeed? Can NO ONE stand before him?
