challenge! did anyone ask to someone you never met if she/he would like to be ticked?

hi all!
always when i go on street or shop, any public places and some friends of mine
i'd like to ask them if they would like to be tickled!
but i do not have enought balls for it! i just go on tchat room to ask!!
did anyone asked to someone you never met??
if yes, how it is like? do people think that u are strange? it is accepted?^^
in france specially in paris, this kind of fetish is weird and not really accepted!

I was in a bar in the Philippines once with the fellow who ran 'Tickle Torture in Souteast Asia' - I think, unfortunately, he is out of business now - but we sat down for a beer and a very pretty bar girl was across the table from us - he asked her if she liked to be tickled - I don't even remember her answer - but I do remember that her foot was already in my hand under the table while he was asking - I'll admit, though, that he did specialize in bar girls for his videos there and maybe that was his normal approach.
