For anyone that hasn't seen it, there is a model at TickleAbuse (at clips4sale it's TickleAbuse2) named Charlie that is the 2nd most amazing ticklee I have ever seen. Go to TickleAbuse2 then search for Charlie.
Check out the "totally cruel", it's one of the most insane and authentic clips I've ever seen. It's a foot tickling clip, and I'm not even really into that (my preference is stretched), but her reactions are out of control.
It's really, really good.
Charlie also tickles her little sister in another clip, which is also somewhat noteworty, but it's no where near as good as the above.
