Chat doesn't work

The chat doesn't work for me, even though I have java. On chrome it doesn't open, and on safari it is just a white screen. I'm on mac. Any solutions?
 
Yea had the same.. newer versions of browsers like chrome and FF dont support npapi protocol anymore..
I think only IE11 supports it.. and maybe FF x32.
But it seems mobile devices like chrome on Android supports it.
Correct me if I'm wrong btw 🙂
But those are my experiences
