Britney Spears is sueing some insurance companies because they won't pay on the claim she made after she cancelled her tour when she hurt her knee.

Seems Ms Britney FORGOT to mention the knee had been injured before.

Yup, said she had hurt her knee five years before and accidently "forgot" about it. On surface that sounds ridiculous and crazy.. but then think about the time Jessica Simpson got tuna and chicken confused.

....needs to stick her knee in her mouth, I feel sure the insurance guys would consider that to be an "act of god"
