Here's an old video from a girls aloud tour, Cheryl is waving her arms in the air and Sarah gives her a quick tickle under her arm at the 29 second mark, unfortunately there is not much reaction, much like when she was tickled on some radio show so I think she's just not that ticklish, any way judge for yourselves

If we're being really optimistic she does pull her arm down and Sarah presumably knows her quite well so why would she tickle her if she wasn't ticklish?
