There is a big discussion going on in yahoo. There are going to be alot of stuff going on that no one is going to like. 1 I heard is that you will have to pay to use there IM. I cannot let ya know everything I know, but lets just say Yahoo is going to get real unpopular in the near future.

I'm not playin, this is no joke.

All the more reason for my fellow artists and contributors to post in my thread and reach an accord with Tickle Theater. Its not a bad deal. For one thing, NO ONE will EVER come after us again. And on top of that hes willing to give artists a forum of their own and full moderator priveledges over it. Sweet deal.

EDIT: It doesn't really matter what happens with Yahoo! now. Should they go down, we'll have somewhere else to host our work.

You know, I know you mean well, and your trying to inject some light-heartedness into this dire situation, but could you please not do it again? This really is a real problem we are facing. Even if things work out and Yahoo! doesn't betray us, thats not to say they won't in the future. With that in mind, I'm going from asking, to downright requesting that the other artists post either here or in the thread I created for the subject at hand.

If you somehow feel this would be a betrayal of sorts to the TMF, it wouldn't be. Tickle Theater would merely be another place for us to share our work, gain new friends and members and foremost, a place for our art to be HOSTED.

I'm aware there are other options, and that some of you may prefer things they way they are, and if so please tell me now, so I can relate to Tickle Theater the artist turn-out he can expect. If you would rather not do this through me (for whatever reason), then at least contact him and tell him your interested. I only brought this about because he asked me if I could. I figured doing it this way would be easier and I'd reach more of you faster.

And then of course, if your simply not interested please post so, so I can get on with it.

First, thanks for all the concern and support...it was needed 🙂

Well, despite all the problems I managed to recover nearly all of the stuff I had been working on in the Yahoo-Geocities account, the character bios, etc...you gotta love file recovery software...

And for those that are interested I have decided to FINALLY finish the Cali's Dreamtime comic. Dunno why I put if off for so long...my indecisive nature at work again, getting bored with one project and moving on to the next...::shrugs::

that is some FANTASTIC news, Cheshire! i am so glad you managed to recover your work (and very good work it is too.) so completely. If Yahoo is generally going haywire, then it is probably best that a boycott is arranged. lets see how those Yahoo bastards take the loss of their talented tickling cohort!!!
