I've been to Chicago once and that was for a layover at Midway airport in May. The next time I visit the area I'll stay there and take a flight the next day just to check out the tickling scene

For those of you planning to visit Chicago, and for those of you living or frequenting there, I have some unfortunate news to share with you.
In past threads in this group, I have sung the praises of Chicago Illusions, one of the dungeons in the area. Well, now it seems I must withdraw my endorsement of them. They have become very unprofessional as of late, getting rude and pushy with people (myself included) calling to ask questions or get information, and hanging up on them. I spoke with a mistress that used to work there, and she said they were constantly putting pressure on the mistresses to pressure their clients to spend extra money, even offering-ahem- extra services that would most likely get them in serious trouble.She also said mistresses would come in during sessions and try to steal her clients away from her. They have gotten a very bad reputation, and from what I can tell you, they've earned it. I am not happy about this at all. Head Mistress Lexi used to be very kind and helpful to me, but kept promising to schedule a session with me and kept beating around the bush. Finally, she became rude and hung up on me, and that's when I vowed never to go back there again. It really is a shame. I understand they've expanded and remodeled the place and I would've loved to see it. But after the way I was treated and the way I've heard others were treated, well, I guess you could say I've become disillusioned about Illusions.
I wish I could recommend another place, the only other place I've been to is The Sanctuary and they've closed.

My experiences with Chicago are similar to yours. To be honest, I must have come along after things had already begun to fall apart.
The dommes I encountered in Chicago really didn't impress me, and their personalities (or lack thereof) were a major component. The foot parties I used to attend also seemed to regress.
The Chicago metro area is huge, I firmly believe there are enough men and women there to make an event, and possibly a tickling club, a viable possibility.
I would encourage anyone who is interested to please get in touch with me. I'm planning to setup a new web site very soon, and a Yahoo group as well.
I'd also like to advertise in Chicago, if I can determine which clubs and publications would be appropriate.
This can work... it will just take a bit more effort.

Speaking of soles of color, just wanted to let all the foot ticklers in Chicago know about a gathering that soleofchicago has at the Bennigan's in Calumet City on the 3rd Tuesday of every 3rd month. Next one is on 12/20, one more week. This will be my 1st. Several lovely soleofchicago models are always there, from pics I've seen of past "chats" as they call them, at their Yahoo group. It will be from 7 till midnight, according to the Yahoo group.
