Doesn't actually look like tickling but the girl wiggled her fingers over Christina's bare waist and that made her jump a little. So maybe she is ticklish.

Second theory: For what it seems, the wiggling of the girl's fingers on her waist made her jump maybe because she wasn't expecting it. That's a very sensitive area anyway.
