Classic TMNT 1987 Irma Tickle Scene

Ive never heard of this one before and while very minor. In the episode. The Turtle Terminator.
When the Terminator grabs Irma's hand to copy her. She laughs and says "hey cut it out. That tickles"
Minor thing like I said. But i'm just amazed Irma was tickled at all and I've never heard of this scene.
