Clever things to say before you tickle someone

What kind of things do you say before you tickle somebody? do you have a favorite one-liner?

I personally prefer things like

"I'll tickle you a little bit and if you want me to keep going just giggle and squirm."

but my absolute favorite thing to say is that battle cry from G gundam before he fired his ultimate attack.

"This hand of mine glows with an awesome power! its burning grip tells me to defeat you! take this, my love, my anger, and all of my sorrow! SHINING FINGER!! GO GO GO!!!"

i that one the best because its over-dramatic and hilarious, they will be trying to give you an incredulous look, but that is pretty hard to do while being tickled.
